What you can expect from this site and these products, and what is expected in return. Written to be read rather than skipped.
The vorqul.com website and its documentation may be read, linked to, quoted with attribution and crawled. The VorqulBOT and VorqulPanel software is governed separately by its commercial license: the bot is free to run on infrastructure you control, the panel requires a paid license, and neither may be redistributed, resold or re-hosted for third parties. Support is informal and carries no response-time guarantee, content is provided as is, and the law of the Slovak Republic applies.
01 1. Scope
These terms cover the vorqul.com website and the documentation published on it. Use of the VorqulBOT and VorqulPanel software is governed by the commercial license, which takes precedence where the two overlap.
02 2. Acceptable use
The site may be read, linked to, quoted with attribution and crawled. It may not be used to distribute malware, to run automated requests at a volume that degrades service for others, or to republish substantial parts of the documentation as your own.
03 3. Software license
VorqulBOT is free to run on infrastructure you control. VorqulPanel requires a paid commercial license. Both prohibit redistribution, resale and re-hosting for third parties. Test access to either is free and time-unlimited but carries no service commitment.
04 4. Availability
The site is served statically and is expected to be available, but no uptime is guaranteed. Documentation changes as the products change; the current version is the one on this site.
05 5. Support
Support is provided informally through Discord, email and GitHub issues, without a response-time guarantee. In practice most messages are answered within a day.
06 6. Liability
Content on this site is provided as is. Following a documented procedure on a production server is still your decision and your responsibility - take a backup first. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for damages arising from use of this site or the software described on it.
07 7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Mandatory consumer protection rights under Slovak and EU law are unaffected.
