Short, because there is not much to say
This site is static. The products are self-hosted. Between those two facts, most of what a privacy policy usually has to disclose simply does not happen here.
vorqul.com is a static site with no tracking pixels and no advertising; fonts are self-hosted and anonymous analytics run only after explicit consent. VorqulBOT and VorqulPanel are self-hosted and send no telemetry, so their data - Discord IDs, moderation cases, panel accounts, server configuration - stays on your own infrastructure and never reaches us; when you run them, you are the data controller under the GDPR. Correspondence sent to admin@vorqul.com is kept only as long as it is useful for support and is deleted on request.
01 The website
vorqul.com is a static site served from a CDN. Only strictly necessary storage (your cookie choice and language) is used by default. Google Analytics cookies are set only if you allow analytics in the cookie banner, and you can withdraw that consent at any time through the Cookies link in the footer. The site loads no tracking pixels and carries no advertising. Fonts are self-hosted, so no font CDN sees your IP address.
The hosting provider keeps standard server logs - IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp - for security and abuse prevention. These are not linked to any identity and are not used to build a profile.
02 When you get in touch
An email or Discord message is stored in the corresponding inbox for as long as it is useful for support. It is not entered into a CRM, not used for marketing and not shared. Ask and it gets deleted.
03 The products
VorqulBOT and VorqulPanel are self-hosted. They store their data - Discord IDs, moderation cases, panel accounts, server configuration - in databases on your own infrastructure. That data never reaches us, because there is no central service for it to reach. When you run these products you are the data controller, including under the GDPR.
Neither product sends telemetry. Update checks, where enabled, request a version file and send nothing about your installation.
04 Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data held - which in practice means your correspondence. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.
05 Accessibility and contact
This site targets WCAG 2.2 AA: semantic landmarks, a skip link, visible focus outlines, keyboard-operable menus and text that reflows without horizontal scrolling. If any part of it blocks you, write and it gets fixed.
For anything concerning personal data - access, correction, deletion - the contact is admin@vorqul.com. There is no separate data protection officer; the same person reads it.
